I like this place compared to the other dog salons in Nederland. They are very transparent about their grooming process, nothing is done in the backroom aside from the bathing. Trims are done out in the open and it makes me feel at ease as an owner. My dog is my baby and i like to be able to see whats happening. They are friendly with the dogs where as other salons will yell and shove dogs. They allowed me to sit inside the salon as a new client my dog warmed up to them very quickly so I didn’t need to stay after the second grooming. But they were always understanding which I appreciated. Im a regular customer and had to go to another salon :( because i could no longer afford the services at Salon Dog but if you have the money to do so come here to Salon Dog your babies will be safe and happy.

100% TOTALLY recommend Brittany and staff at Salon D.O.G. We , as most, have a very spoiled malti-poo. She is sweet,not mean, but a cry baby like you have never seen before, all while wagging her tail. The girls were phenomenal and so sweet . I highly recommend them.

Wow. What an absolute amazing place to bring your pup. My dog was adopted from the shelter and was horribly matted. Salon Dog took care of him and had my dog looking a million bucks! He smelled amazing and was SO SOFTT!!! We got his nails done, shaved, his ears cleaned and a bath! Prices are very affordable and the quality of work is phenomenal. I will only ever go to salon dog. Highly recommend!!

Beautifully Made

I brought my two boys in for nail trims, our first visit and certainly not our last. As soon as we walked in they were treated like family, and my boy's tails kept wagging. Dogs can sense when a person is nervous but Pakwa and Koko took right to them. Brittany you have a great way with dogs and I thank you for treating them like family. I see, after our first visit, why you have 5 stars. Keep up the great work, my boys now have a new groomer

Got referred by my wife’s co-worker. Must say
she was not wrong when she said she knows they take care of her dog. This was Louie’s second time there and he did not hesitate to walk beyond the gate and commence to start his licking and jumping of excitement. We have taken him to other groomers and there has always been an uneasy feeling of leaving him. This is the only groomer this far we have come to for a second time and will continue to bring Louie in for his time to get pampered. We are on a schedule for every 2 weeks and I’m sure he looks forward to those Friday mornings at the D.O.G.
